Author charges
The diamond open access model has no submission fees, APCs, page charges, or mandatory purchase of services. Decisions cannot depend on payment, society membership, or the use of an editing service.
Sustainable support
The publisher's operating support and any external funding must be disclosed and kept current. Future changes to fees require a dated policy notice and clear terms for manuscripts already submitted.
