Handling
The editorial office acknowledges receipt, assigns an unconflicted person, investigates proportionately, and reports the outcome. A complaint about the Editor-in-Chief or publisher is escalated to an independent designated person. The editorial office provides the responsible contact and escalation route for each complaint.
